     I have been a real estate professional on the South Shore in Massachusetts for 20 years helping Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Landlords and Tenants reach their financial real estate goals successfully. I am a REALTOR® and a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, GRI®. I am a member of the NAR-National Association of REALTORS® and MAR-Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. I have staging credentials, ASPR® to better serve my clients to help them prepare their home for the real estate market to obtain the highest price possible for the age, condition, style and location of their property. I also have the Seniors Real Estate Specialist®-SRES designation which enables me to advise and guide seniors on their best housing opportunities where downsizing is concerned. I am also well versed in setting the price of properties no matter what the real estate market brings as a Pricing Strategy Advisor-PSA.
